Judiciary Must Realise It’s Responsibility Towards Protection Of Child Rights

The judiciary must work for the protection of child rights to maintain the balance in society. These kids will grow as future citizens of the society and if treated with care will contribute to the growth of the civil society economically and socially.

Special Laws should be implemented for Children

Children should be given protection and should not be forced into anything. Child abuse should be stopped immediately and they should be treated with care as they are fragile and tender. They are like flowers that will blossom only if nurtured properly. How can be someone rude to them? What kind of heart do these people have? Legislation in this regard is absolutely necessary.

The Judiciary must intervene to stop Child Labour

Their tiny hands are to play and study, and not to work. They are not made to listen to the taunts or forced into labour. Their masters load them with work, and this puts them out of school. There should be a regulation to ensure the provisions of minimum working age. Their education should be prioritised and violators of their rights should be punieshed accordingly. Special laws should be enacted for the harsh treatment inflicted upon these children.

Child Abuse Must be Stopped

Elders should not treat children harshly rather nurture them kindly. Children are playful and creative so they must be encouraged. Parent, relatives should abstain from hitting or treating their kids harshly, they should try to be more considerate and accomodating of their problems. People should be more vigilant to prevent their abuse in all spaces.

Campaigns and Seminars Should be Conducted for Awareness of Child Rights

Every child is special and they must be made aware about their rights. Special campaigns should be conducted to protect kids. Special attention must be drawn towards children with disabilities. Seminars in online or offline mode will further bring attention of the concerned authorities towards this cause. Protection of children is a collective responsibility.
