Perilous speech by hate mongers is now turning into a trend. They have nothing to do, so they are not only creating hatred but also disturbing the peace of the country. Targeting minority groups has become their hobby.
A mahapanchayat was organised with mediocrity in Burari on 3rd March, and what did they do? They assaulted seven journalists for covering these impractical events. If they have dared to host the event, why are they assaulting the journalists covering ground reports?
They snatched their phone and camera and manhandled them based on their religious identity. Arbab Ali, Meer Faisal, Shahid Tantry Md Meherban and Meghnad Bose are the journalists that assaulters battered.
An empty vessel makes the most noise. They suffer from nonentity, so they utilise their time best in these ‘praise worthy’ work as they are all slackers. They have a passion for doing something. They arrange a so-called mahapanchayat for the issues essential for the country’s growth and development.
“I was recording the incident while doing that, I was pulled back and groped by unknown men who tried to snatch my mobile,” Saxena had said in her complaint. “His [her colleague’s] press ID was snatched from him,” she said according to reports by Maktoob Media.
Hindutva activist Preet Singh shouted her name from the stage and identified her as the journalist who recorded a video that has been used as evidence. Because of that, he was put behind bars last year.
In a Twitter thread, Ali said that he and Faisal had been taking interviews at the mahapanchayat when a mob snatched their phones and camera. “When Meer and I told them our name, they called us jihadi,” Ali said in a report by Scroll. They called them jihadi. Here I would like to clarify to my dear brothers who are suffering psychologically by misinterpreting the meaning of jihad.
The Meaning Of Jihad
Jihad means invite of the truth, evidence, and clarification. Real jihad is the jihad of the soul and purification of the soul. There is a long list of jihads that I couldn’t mention here, but some of them I am mentioning here:
Serve to the country
Serve food to the hungry people
To be helpful to all
To share love and care with all
To be a good human being
All these hate-mongers need to practice these qualities to purify their soul, full of hatred, impurity, inhumanity and abomination, and a harsh mindset. They are followers of Hindutva, which is entirely different from the Hindu religion. Hindu religion is full of humanity, love and sacrifices.
The seed of Hindutva was shown in 1925 with the establishment of RSS (Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh). Their dogma is based on the biased concept of rights of the Hindu religion. Still, the problem has been started due to the diverse religious identity, which is a beautiful gem in the crown of our Bharat Mata.
This ideology is based on the entirely off beam concept, which only results in hatred, backwardness, half-baked concept, which is an excellent barrier to the country’s advancement. Hindutva is not a religion but a canon by which they are killing two birds with one stone.
As citizens of India, we need to live together with love and respect. This bigotry is a decaying Indian democratic edifice. How do we cure this bizarre temperament? We need to provide some institutions where the counselling session must help people of this group understand the political agenda, which is unproductive for them as well.
Secondly, police and government must be supported to stop these sorts of incidents that create a stigma on law and order. Arrest all the predators and throw them behind bars and keep them there so they cannot spread hatred among the masses.
