What Is First Year Admission In Maharashtra?

The Maharashtra First Year Junior College Admission is also known as the Maharashtra FYJC Admission. The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education oversees its administration.

First Year Junior College, or FYJC, is for 11th graders. Because we are provided with UG and PG degrees following this, these are a standard component of universities throughout our nation.

Why  FYJC?

Admissions to FYJC are available to students who have passed their 10th-grade exams and wish to enroll in junior colleges around Maharashtra to complete their higher secondary education.

-Meeting the minimum percentage requirements established by the individual junior institutions.  -Completion of the 10th Class examination from a recognized board.

FYJC Eligibility Criteria

– Possession of the required documentation, such as transcripts and diplomas – Residency criteria, as some schools give preference to students from the district.

Only Indian citizens who reside in Maharashtra or NRI students who meet certain criteria are eligible for admission to the 11th grade in Maharashtra.
