The Japanese focus technique, known as “Zanshin,” emphasizes a state of relaxed awareness and concentration.
Find a quiet and comfortable place where you won’t be disturbed. Sit or stand in a relaxed yet alert posture, ensuring your body is comfortable and your spine is straight.

Begin by focusing on your breath. Take slow, deep breaths, and observe the sensation of the air entering and leaving your body. Allow your breath to anchor you to the present moment.
Expand your awareness to include your surroundings. Notice sounds, sensations, and any thoughts that arise without judgment. Maintain a broad awareness while staying centered in the present moment.
