India currently has close to 500 million internet users, and this number is projected to rise by 100 million in the coming year. On an average, every internet user spends at least 30 minutes online. To help policymakers understand the future of internet consumption in India, Observer Research Foundation and Youth Ki Awaaz conducted a nationwide survey to map consumer patterns and preferences. Based on over 3000 responses, here's what we found:
