This is not a research-based piece or an article born out of imaginative writing. This message of mine is purely emerging as an emotional appeal to urge you, the people, to help me in saving our innocent children.
We all know that Delhi is suffering from disastrous smog and heavy pollution these days. In such a case, the roadside vendors, especially children are the worst-affected. You can see the plight of their lives:
Children continue to sell goods at traffic signals in Delhi even as #AirQuality worsens in the city, say,"Our eyes burn and we experience difficulty in breathing, we don't have masks." pic.twitter.com/jkj49G0LqI

Let’s start doing a small bit on our part where we distribute anti-pollution masks to these children. The Odd-Even Scheme won’t make any sense if the people are left out of the purview of the policymaking. Also, campaigns like Fit India would be of little help as India won’t have any citizens left to breathe!
For the sake of humanity, give these protective gears to at least one of the underprivileged.
The Haiti Song reminds you and provides motivation to go beyond our selfish motives and serve the society:
We all know how to take care of our own, but humanity will only thrive if we learn to take care of others too. Let’s not make it a catastrophe like the London Smog of 1952.
