As we know that in our Bihar our state people not properly develop about sex education and women hygiene they use traditional method to survive in menstrual cycle period more important is our new generation student who do college everyday but when she have period they do leave their college but 75% attendance is compulsory in every educational institue so why our state health department install pad vending machine every college and in school to support her in those days
Sir please focus on my word and do a proper solution
