What are the challenges faced during menstruation time:
Once upon a time I faced lot of challenges at work place in menstruation time. I had not awre and how to maintain hygiene at the time of menstruation. My job role is mostly spent lot of time at feild and that time I have not use washrooms due to lack of wash room facilities and faced a lot of challenges at the time menstruation time. I used Wash room when ever return to home that time mostly 8 & 9 hours I had not sufficient space for maintained hygiene during periods. I felt very uncomfortable at that time.
How to overcome my challenges during mentation period
After some days I have choosen alternative option how to comfort during menstruation time. I had attend menstruation training and I learnt lot of things like used only sanitary napkins and change napkins after 4 to 5 hours and clean wash hands after changing napkins. I decided to use washroom compulsory at that time of periods .
How to implement:
This was implemented at that time of workplace and I had kept sanitary napkin and use private washrooms like paying at outside during periods time and felt very comfort.Now a days I have practiced like this. I have shared these experience to girls through lifeskills,parents throgh meetings, family members and colegues.
