Working every day gives happy and satisfaction. During menstrual times working in workplace is big difficult and not at all comfort compared to non mentrual days. I feel disturbed physically and mentally and feel physically sick with legs pain and stomach pain. I work in government high school sometimes water availability is not frequent available I find very difficult to change my pad in school by this I afraid of geeting infections diseases die to poor hygiene during period time. I feel to take leave during menstrual time. There is no availablity of dustbins to throw used pads. I work as social mobiliser as part of my work I will have homevisits, stakeholders meetings, parents meetings during period time going to home visits and return to school to change pad is highly impossible I feel uncomfort and nervous during visits whether my pad is full or it’s leaking I’m unable to concentrate on my work during period time. So I will plan my time table based on my period time and I will plan my visits. Being working mother I will take care my health and family. More toilets facilities should be need in government schools to maintain menstrual hygiene.
