Young Leaders Need To Come Forward To Change Our Country

young india

Hi everyone, it’s an excellent topic to discuss on the 74th independence day. Our mother, India, is moving towards development via digital platforms, human resources, particularly youth participation in all forms of works. The youth are the future pillars of our nation. Our entire government is looking forward to young human resources.

Nowadays, young people start earning even from 21 years of age and they stand firm on their legs, they can financially support their family. Our government should keep this mindset. But our Indian country youth population shouldn’t just limit their resources, skills, entrepreneurial activities just only to them or just helping their family and friends alone. Instead, they have to come forward to lead our nation. Every youth of our country is brought up with a patriotic thought process. So definitely they have to come forward and change certain things with the help of their creativity, knowledge, skills, etc.

Indian youth can change and bring any change to our nation. Leadership quality is one such thing which can be critical while thinking about its major work process. Still, it’s absolutely a normal event when a young citizen is involved in the process of making it happen. Because, many young entrepreneurs are sole leaders of their channel, or company already. So we don’t want to get panic when it comes to national leadership.

“Green are the hills which are far away”. So, the only thing that is required to become a leader of young India is:

  1. Hone your skills.
  2. Interact with older generation people to get to know about our nation and its struggles.
  3. Have a patriotic mindset with a positive attitude.
  4. Read a lot of self-help books.
  5. Hone your leadership quality to be a part of young India.
