First of all, I am glad that the issue of Ram Mandir is settled now. Finally, the government can concentrate on other important issues like health, education, employment, etc. Personally, I am not for or against the construction of the temple. But I am completely against how the government treated the issue. The BJP government positioned it as the main issue for the elections and neglected all other important issues. They won the election and formed the government by getting votes on a communal basis. The real problems we are facing are overshadowed by the issue of Ram Mandir. The issue is finally settled and the government can concentrate on other important matters.
I do believe that with the construction of Ram Mandir, it has once again reaffirmed the belief of people. People are happy that their decades-long dream has finally been fulfilled with the construction of the temple. The popularity of the central government has increased among the people because they fulfilled the dusty promise.
It is sad that the government’s popularity has increased due to building a temple, but not decreased for leading to unemployment, poverty, health facilities crisis, amongst others.
