Quick Byte: The Risk Of Expecting Children To Outperform Everyone

Trigger warning: Mention of suicide

Everybody expects something from everyone else. A needy expects to be helped by someone. A hungry expects to be fed by someone. But do these expectations always get fulfilled? No, right? But do we stop expecting things from others? It’s true that whenever we help someone, we wish to get paid as well.

And if in a certain situation, you expect anything from your loved ones and if they don’t fulfil your expectations due to any reason, then the bond of trust starts fading away. So, don’t expect from someone what is out of their reach.
