Happiness Mantra: Remember That The Past Is A Place Of Reference, Not Residence!

To analyze human behavior is so, difficult because it’s not constant. But whenever we met bad incidents we remember them for a long period or lifetime. In our life, we have enjoyed a good time as well as a bad time but usually, we talk about our struggle. We capture those bad moments in our memory because we suffer from pains, anxiety, low self-esteem, and defeats. But when we won or enjoyed good times we also capture the moments but in positive ways for a short time.

A human being is the most greedy character on the earth we easily forget good things because of our narrow mindset we make a simple assumption we deserve this or earn this but whenever we have to face some kinds of hurdles in our life we start complaining about it but forget to thank about good things. Life is a reflection of our own behavior towards the situation we face in our lives.

We find a way to escape from sadists but fail to maintain distance from our pessimist approach towards  life we always try to find peace, happiness, a friendly environment, and all things which make our easy and stress-free, we expecting all the things which make our life easy from others not from ourselves. In our opinion, society changes for us or for our happiness but the person who wants all the things not going to change because it’s not comfortable for them, in reality, we are living in the world where each one of us wants to changes society to make things better but a change in ourselves is not acceptable.

Our style of living in the 21st century is not advance we fooling ourselves, we are living under a hallucination, we occupied our minds with loneliness, anxiety, negativity all because we deal with every situation with pessimist approach. It’s not easy to maintain a positive attitude all through your life but still, we try to maintain it as much as possible because it gives us the power to think positively and not consume our energy to think about past incidents where we are not satisfied with our results or situation.

The past is a place of reference, not a place of residence; the past is a place of learning, not a place of living then why you focus on things that are not present in your life. Start each day with a positive thought and a grateful heart.
